IGNITION (NDIS Participant)
The Challenge
One of our company’s unique strategic objectives was to find alignment and activation of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) financial support. In doing so we make Inclusive Creative’s services more accessible to those living with a disability, helping to empower and improve their lives.
Our Approach
After working with NDIS business specialists, we identified what was applicable and where we could be integrated into a participant’s managed or self-managed plans. This enabled access to our professional expertise, creative, design and production skills in order to provide IGNITION with capacity building and innovative community engagement tools.
The Result
We had great pleasure in developing IGNITION – the brand name, logo and website for William Golding. Allowing a young man to have a successful home-based business that helps enrich his life and those who interact with his cause and services. We made history together, as the first commercial, mainstream creative agency to produce capacity-building work that NDIS acknowledges and funds.
Through reaching out to us for help, William has paved the way for NDIS Participants all across the country to exercise choice and achieve control. Ensuring they have mainstream interaction and inclusion in their everyday lives.
“As a high-functioning ASD person and NDIS Participant, I couldn’t believe how supportive and self-empowering the IC creative team, process and outcomes were to establish my home business. The brand name, logo and website now give me connection and inspiration to motivate others who aspire to reach goals far beyond what the ‘disability support system’ generally offers.”
